I had just come here to post a link to that! Along with: "And I think it's gonna be a long long time 'Till touch down brings me round again to find I'm not the man they think I am at home Oh no no no I'm a rocket man…" Oh well, I'll post this one instead. It's for the sound, rather than the video. You'll need your headphones, or stick your head uncomfortably between the speakers like I did The launch part in this extended version is 10 minutes in, in case you want to skip the whole camera setup boring part.
I pick those damn things off when they eat all my garden greens. That's real gun control right there.
Heh. "Labrador Park!" Sure it's all fun and games at first, but then comes the running and screaming...
Catchy Simon & Garfunkle song... after Google Translate has chewed on it some... It's somehow still catchy...
With all the stuff I have to do right now, why am I wasting time... er, productively using my time, to familiarize myself with Davinci Resolve, by whipping up a short slideshow? Bizarrely enough, the latest version runs more smoothly and stably than any other free offering out there for Windows. Shotcut comes close, but preview still chuggs along despite my best efforts, while Resolve runs quite smoothly... after I wait long enough for all the cache files to finish updating... Anyhow, I present to you, Alton IL! The music is Creative Commons. Title: Storybook Artist: Scott Holmes. Edit: I made an updated version, using Resolve's Edit page instead of the Cut page. More control... and more confusion...
A pity this pilot never got picked up. Then again, if it did, who would we have gotten as Captain Kirk in place of "Archie".
