    When you say you're from Vancouver you mean Ladner don't you... :p

    Seriously. You live in an expensive city, and drive that, and you don't have a job... how do you do it?

    So after having my coilovers knocked out of place by a drunk driver about 2 months ago I had to park the ol' 240sx for awhile to wait for my stock front springs and shocks to ship over from Japan. I got her back up and running a few weeks ago but she sits weird since I'm running JIC FLTA2 coilovers in the back and stock springs and shocks in the front. I found a guy who can cut me out some new brackets to replace the bent up ones from my front end set. Here's a picture from a couple days ago

    [IMG]

    I do real estate appraisal now and this is out in the boonies by a foreclosed home.

    [IMG]

    That's one of the coilovers. You can see the bent bracket near the bottom of the tube.

    Old pictures for comparison. This was before it was stolen and before being hit a couple of times and abused by downtown Richmond.

    Sooo....my truck got written off...my sister's got a car that's been sitting for three years. Only reason it's been sitting is because it didn't pass aircare and she had another car so she just didn't bother trying to get it to pass.
    I'm wondering if any of you know if it's even wroth trying to get it running again?

    Tha Deeeets- 1990 Plymouth Sundance. Needs new tires. I got the oil changed and an engine flush. Needs a new windshield, the driver seat is stuck and wont go forward so I have to sit on the edge of the seat to touch the pedals. The right signal light doesn't work in the back but only works when I flick it up and down in the front, left one works fine. It's very loud, not sure what it could be...before she parked it, she had a hole in the exhaust manifold but fixed it, could that be why? After I got the oil changed, the oil light still comes on but only if it's been idling for a little while. It shakes like no other when it's on the freeway....it wont go over 100k without shaking. I think there's like 205,000km on it...
    The oil guy gave me a receipt with recommendations on it;
    -rad service
    -transmission service
    -pwr steering flush
    -air filter
    Does this car sound like a write off or should I go for the plunge and fix it up?

    I'm sorry to be so harsh but all Plymouth Sundance's should be put down like Ol' Yeller. You're better off getting a better used car. That thing will only bring you pain.

    New truck

    Wife bought this for me, well at least she is making the payments. I told her to get herself a new Camaro but she said I needed the truck more than she needed a Camaro...
