After reading a few threads, I wanted to introduce myself to this community. This is the place to be if you want to party in paradise. I may have some good suggestions. Best regards, Richard .
Welcome! Where in Costa Rica are you located? I've been to Guanacaste a few times, and love it there. EDIT: Doh! I'm an idiot...
I'm conflicted, either say "hello" or say "stop spamming our boards." I can't decide.... no offense if you actually intend on being part of our community, but still, the approach is suspect.
surely this can't really be Mr. Blank. sound a bit too busy to be hangin' around some tech boards. BTW, CCC is one of the largest outsourcing companies in costa rica.

I can understand your point. I enjoy forums on my down time. This community has many threads that I find interesting. I just wanted to say hello. Don't worry, we won't call you during dinner... Richard
alright then...I suppose I am sorry if I sounded harsh, but we've had alot of spammers/fakes come through here lately. btw, what 360 games are you playin right now? I'm still playin the hell out of halo3
No worries. You're still the man. Sure, I am a CEO of a call center. We do have a fun side as well... Actually, I do things a little differently. I am an avid golfer. I play Real World Golf on my Epson projector. Some may find that cool. Besides that, I collect classic arcade machines from the 1980s. Richard
Thanks Sparky. It has been a long ride. I woke up one day and decided that I needed to be a player. Too many times I let opportunity slip by. We all have been there. Back in 2000, I had an opportunity to live in Costa Rica. I threw everything in storage and made it happen. The rest is history. By the way, there is an open invitation to check out the beautiful women that work at my call center! That, my friend, is the reward for my hard work. Richard
wow, great to have you part of the forums. My former job is taking place in costa rica right now. Its all good, some of my coworkers went over to costa rica to train our replacements and there are some smart people down there. I dont know if you had this problem but when Intel first went down there the employee turnover was HUGE with people leaving the job left and right. Is this common? I think part of this had to do with HP offering the Intel employees higher pay to switch jobs.
Women?....did he say women? In that case Give the man a special welcome and , of coarse, this statement needs verification by means of pix :unibrow: Welcome aboard Richard. Please don't rub in the good weathwer too much, it's been freezing cold and wet here.
hans5849 Have a good time.I may have some suggestions for you. Mr. Ali That is a great question. Turnover was huge for the fact that they needed to hire many in a short period of time. To properly find, qualify, hire, train , and test an employee, takes time. In regards to HP, the salaries are around the same from what I have heard. Companies do not like people leaving a company after a short period of time for an extra 25 cents an hour. It is a sign that they will be next to lose that same employee to another company after investing time and money in their development. mistawiskas I am from Philadelphia originally. I know snow, sleet and ice. There are cheap direct flights...
haha. Welcome to the boards man. I have a cousin that bought a small resport close to Golfino. I have been meaning to visit her but haven't got around to it yet. Got any tips on cheap flights? I usualy use flight center for last minute stuff but would like to have some more options.
Sometimes, you get lucky in regards to flights. Now, once you have arrived, I know how to stretch a dollar and make a VIP vacation very affordable.
Hmm, I might come down for two weeks in April. I was trying to decide between Jamaica and Costa Rica, but leaning towards Costa Rica already. If I do I will be hitting you up for tips.
